The behavioural round covers leadership, influence without authority, handling conflict, dealing with ambiguity, and learning from failure. Google looks for collaboration and intellectual humility, so avoid hero narratives that erase the team.

Prepare six or so STAR stories: a launch you drove, a stakeholder conflict you resolved, a decision made with incomplete data, and a real failure with the lesson learned. Keep each to about two minutes with a clear result, and be ready for probing follow-ups on your specific role.

Build the habits the loop rewards:
