Wir prüfen Traffic inline, auf jedem Modell und jeder Infrastruktur, und stoppen Prompt Injection, PII-Leaks, Datenabfluss und Shadow AI, bevor sie irgendetwas Relevantes erreichen. Modellagnostisch, ISO 27001 zertifiziert, und in der Umgebung unserer Kunden deployed, damit deren Daten das Haus nie verlassen.2023 in Tübingen gegründet. Enterprise-Kunden setzen uns heute produktiv ein, die meisten davon mit AI Act und NIS2 Fristen im Nacken.Wir besetzen zwei identische, unbefristete Positionen.Deine Aufgaben Du verantwortest zentrale Detection- und Analyse-Features end to end: Datenerhebung, Training, Evaluation, Deployment, und alles was danach kaputtgeht. Du arbeitest über die gesamte Threat Surface: Prompt Injection, Jailbreaks, PII-Erkennung und Redaction, Content Filtering, Datenexfiltration, Agent Misuse. Du baust die Teile des Detection Stacks, die keine Modelle sind: Traffic-Analyse für Policy Autopilot, Parametrisierung, und die Business-Logik, die aus einem Signal eine Entscheidung macht. Du baust und verteidigst unser Benchmark-Harness. Detection Rate, False Positive Rate und Latenz sind hier Produktmetriken, und Kunden spüren alle drei. Du denkst Security in die Pipeline selbst hinein. Wir bauen unsere Detection-Infrastruktur im Haus, von der Datenprovenienz bis zum eigenen Training- und Evaluation-Tooling. Du bringst containerisierte Services in Docker- und Kubernetes-Umgebungen. Du debuggst über den gesamten Stack, vom Modelloutput über Runtime und Container bis ins Netzwerk. Must-have Volle MLOps-Verantwortung. Du hast ein Modell von Rohdaten in Produktion gebracht und dort am Laufen gehalten. Sehr gutes Python und PyTorch. Ein Security-Instinkt: Pentesting, Red Teaming, CTF, Bug Bounty oder Adversarial ML. Wenn du Systeme angreifen und Modelle trainieren kannst, interessiert uns dein Abschluss nicht. Disziplin bei Benchmarking und Evaluation. Klare schriftliche Kommunikation und eine kollaborative, anpassungsfähige Arbeitsweise. Kleines Team, viel Async. Docker und REST APIs. Fließendes Englisch in Wort und Schrift. Nice-to-have Erfahrung damit, LLM-Anwendungen anzugreifen, die bereits produktiv liefen. Kubernetes, SQL. Fließendes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift.
